What is CrossFit all about?

If you're interested in joining CrossFit Ramstein, give us a call or e-mail and we'll pencil you in for the next Orientation/Fundamentals class.

Not only do we want you to learn the fundamentals, we need you to learn them! We can't stress enough the importance of mastering the fundamentals before progressing. Don't worry...we'll make you work, you can count on that! During the fundamentals class we'll be able to assess your fitness level, experience, and your goals and expectations. It is also during this class that you will learn the foundational movements and methodology of our workouts.
