WOD Schedule & Location

 

We follow a 3 days on and 1 day off schedule, so some workouts will fall on the weekend!

Morning Session:           0715 - 0815 at the North Side Fitness Center. Orientation/Fundamentals class required; please contact Jason Lydon for participation.

Afternoon Session #1: 1500 - 1600 at the North Side Fitness Center. Reserved for intermediate to advanced athletes as well as CrossFit certified trainers ONLY!

Afternoon Session #2: 1600 - 1700 at the North Side Fitness Center. Reserved to train beginners; please start the CrossFit warm-up on your own and be prepared for the WOD at 1615 sharp! Orientation/Fundamentals class required; please contact Brian Bowen for participation.

Weekend Workouts:     1030 - 1130 at the North Side Fitness Center. All levels are welcome to attend; however, you must have first attended an Orientation/Fundamentals class.


Please refer to the main page for the Workout of the Day (WOD).  Normally, the location of the WODs are at the North Side Fitness Center on Ramstein Air Base; however, these are subject to change. Just be sure to check out the main page; you'll be able to figure out where we'll be and at what time.

Please make note of the different times of classes in relation to your skill level. If you are a beginner, it is vitally important to contact either Jason Lydon or Brian Bowen to reserve a spot in the next Orientation/Fundamentals class!
