7 Medicine ball cleans, 20/16
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

    So I’m reading Wendlers 5/3/1 manual right now and came accross an interesting quote in his section on “moving north of vag”.

    People ask you how to train, and you answer, “I look at what you do, and then I do the exact opposite.”

    Sorry for harsh language. Removing it would lose a lot of the essence and conviction.

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 2o mins of:
    5 One-armed (left arm) push-ups
    10 Sit-ups
    15 Squats

    13 rounds even
